Eldorado Anderson is a native of the Park City and was educated in the Bridgeport Public Schools. After graduating from Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Mr. Anderson returned to his hometown on a mission to help other inner-city students realize their dreams.

 

Mr. Anderson served as the 7th Grade Advisor and taught reading at the Amistad Academy in New Haven prior to joining the NBFA staff as Dean of Students in July 2006.

 

Mr. Anderson is a co-founder of the Positive Young Brothers mentoring program and a member of the Association of Concerned Black Men - Black Men’s Forum Connecticut.
