Joanne Donegan is an Easton, Pennsylvania native who has made Connecticut her home for the past four decades. Mrs. Donegan taught in the Bridgeport Public Schools from 1966 to the opening day of NBFA in September 2002. She helped co-author the school’s original charter.

 

Mrs. Donegan holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio and a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport.

 

Mrs. Donegan has been married 37 years and has two grown daughters.
