There is no reason for any student to earn less than an A in Social Studies class. There are only excuses for not meeting potential and exceeding expectations. Every student that works hard will succeed. In order to ensure this, students are given multiple opportunities for extra credit. 1. Social Studies Essays - any trip to a museum, public event, or other journey that students wish to document can be written into a 5 paragraph essay for extra credit, Any extracurricular social studies event students attend can be describe completely will earn points.
