Victoria Busam is a native of Mastic Beach, New York and has lived in Connecticut for more than 10 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Sacred Heart University. Ms. Busam has been a staff member at NBFA since its opening in 2002. She teaches 4th grade.
